跨生态功能区输水管道工程生态环境影响评价 被引量:4

摘要 从不同时期、动态的、因果关系的角度构建PSR模型,采用改进的层次分析法计算指标权重,采用综合指数法进行城市输水管道生态环境综合评价。龙河口水库输水管道工程计算实例表明:不同生态功能区在施工前、施工期、运营期的生态环境状况不同,施工期对生态环境的影响最大,运营期对生态环境的影响最小;工程跨越的Ⅲ1-2龙河口水库上游水源涵养与水土保持生态功能区、Ⅱ4-2巢湖西部平原圩畈农业与面源污染控制生态功能区和Ⅱ4-3合肥城市及城郊农业生态功能区中,施工前、施工期、运营期Ⅲ1-2生态功能区的生态环境状况最优,施工前Ⅱ4-3生态功能区的生态环境状况最差,施工期、运营期Ⅱ4-2生态功能区的生态环境状况最差。 In the perspective of different periods,dynamic and causal relationship,the PSR model was built. The Improved Analytic Hierarchy P rocess Method was taken to calculate weight index; and the Comprehensive Index Method was adopted to urban water pipeline comprehensive evaluation on the ecological environment. The evaluation results of Longhekou Reservoir water pipeline project show that: different ecological function areas in pre-construction period,under-construction period and operation period of the ecological environment are different,there has the greatest influence to the ecological environment during the construction and the minimum impact during operation period; the project pass through three eco-functional zones: Ⅲ1- 2,Ⅱ4- 2 and Ⅱ 4- 3 eco-functional zones. The Ⅲ1-2 eco-functional zone have the best ecological environment condition in pre-construction,under-construction and operation periods,the Ⅱ 4-3 eco-functional zone in pre-construction period and the Ⅱ4-2 eco-functional zone in under construction period and operation period have the worst ecological environment condition.
