摘要 以杭州市第二水源地千岛湖配水工程为例,结合工程弃渣量及弃渣特点,从水土保持及生态保护角度提出弃渣处置方案:以材质分析为基础,以政府统一指导、市场消纳量为调控主线,依靠砂石开采、加工与利用企业以及生产建设项目,对石渣进行全面、快速资源化综合利用;不能及时利用或不能利用时,可设置弃(堆)渣场,弃(堆)渣场规模根据各区域弃渣消纳能力确定。该方案可大大减小堆渣量及弃(堆)渣场占地面积,减小地表扰动及生态环境破坏范围,减轻环境压力,对于长距离输水工程弃渣处置具有重要意义。 This paper took the Qiandao Lake Water Transfer Project as an example,which was the second water source in Hangzhou City.Combined with the characteristics and the capacity of the engineering waste residue,it put forward the innovative disposal scheme of engineering waste residue from the perspective of soil and water conservation and ecological protection. Based on material analysis and depended on the production and construction projects and the enterprises which is engaged in the sand mining,processing and utilization,it is a comprehensive,rapid and comprehensive utilization of resources method for the engineering stone slag with the control line of the unified government guidance and the market consumption amount. When the engineering stone slag is not used timely or cannot be used,it sets up the waste( heap) residue field according to the consumptive ability of the regional scale engineering stone slag. This method can greatly reduce the capacity of the engineering waste residue and the area covered of the waste( heap) residue field,reduce the disturbance of the earth's surface and the damage range of ecological environment,and reduce the environmental pressure. Hence,it has guiding significances to the disposal scheme of engineering waste residue for the long distance water transfer project.
