摘要
大型调水工程流量规模计算受调水量、用水过程、输配水结构、调度运行方式等多种因素制约,是对一个复杂约束条件下系统工程的求解过程,由于受水区用水结构、用水过程均具有一定的未知性和可变性,因此通过数学模型寻优算法确定工程流量规模的方法,不具有很强的操作性和应用价值。在甘肃引洮供水二期工程设计中,提出了通过经济技术比较确定工程流量规模的计算方法。该方法通过对输水流量的组成、输配水结构、调度运行方式进行分析概化,拟定了三个流量计算方案,并从工程投资、运行管理、输水富余度等方面进行了综合经济技术比较,最后认为将错峰后过程叠加方案作为工程流量规模的计算方法是经济、合理的。
The flow scale calculation method of water diversion project,restricted by the water transfer volume,water utilization process,water distribution structure and operation schemes,is a solution procedure of complicated system with complex constraints. Owing to the unknown and variability of water utilization structure and water consumption in the intake areas,it is not operability and application to calculate the flow of the project by optimization algorithm based on mathematical model. The method to calculate the flow by the compare about economy and technology is raised in using the Water Supply P roject Ⅱ of Transferring Water from Taohe River in Gansu province. This method through the analysis of the composition of water flow,water distribution structure and operation schemes,formulate three flow calculation scheme,basing on the economic and technical comparison for the three flow calculation schemes,it was proposed that using the process superposition scheme after load shifting for determining the project scale is suitable and reasonable.
