我国台湾地区的“社区总体营造”及其启示

“Comprehensive Community Construction”Policy in Chinese Taiwan and Its Implications for the Construction of the Mainland Community

本文通过梳理我国台湾地区"社区总体营造"政策的发展脉络,比较"社区总体营造"政策在台湾地区的发展背景和目前我国社区建设面临的客观现实,认为目前的社区建设可以借鉴台湾地区的发展经验,通过因地制宜的营造策略、多元主体的合作机制和以文化认同贯穿始终的营造目标,为突破目前社区建设的瓶颈提供一条有益的思路。

By sorting out the development context of “ Comprehensive Community Construction” pol-icy in Chinese Taiwan, this paper compared the development background of “ Comprehensive Communily Construction” policy in Taiwan with the objective reality currently faced by the community building of the China's Mainland, and we believe that the current community construction in the main-land China can learn from the development experience of Taiwan, which may provide a useful way of thinking to break through the current bottleneck in community construction of the China's Mainland by making policies according to local conditions, creating cooperation mechanisms with multiple sub-jects and cultural identity throughout the target building.
