摘要
建设项目环评指标数据对于建设项目环境影响评价、技术评估、环境管理宏观决策等具有重要支撑作用,因而其数据质量至关重要。通过开展火电行业建设项目环评指标数据质量研究,分析火电环评指标数据的主要内容,提出一套火电环评指标数据的质量评价指标体系和评价方法,开展指标数据的质量评价实践,并提出改进后续火电环评指标数据质量的建议。
The environmental impact assessment indicators in thermal power construction projects play an important role in environmental impact assessment and technical review, as well as macroscopic environmental management decision-making. Therefore, the data quality of indicators is of vital importance. In this paper, the indicator system of thermal power construction projects and evaluation methods were built up by analyzing the main contents in EIA for thermal power and studying the data quality. Some suggestions were further put forward to improve the data quality of environmental impact assessment indicators in thermal power construction projects.
