长沙市某医院门诊HIV/AIDS患者抑郁现状及影响因素分析

Depression of HIV/AIDS Outpatients and Its Influence Factors

目的调查门诊HIV/AIDS患者抑郁水平,探讨门诊HIV/AIDS患者抑郁影响因素,以有效干预提高其心理健康水平,降低HIV的传播风险。方法对长沙市某综合医院艾滋病门诊就诊的患者进行判断抽样,采用个人一般情况表与抑郁自评量表进行调查,运用SPSS 17.0进行统计学分析。结果多因素分析的结果显示"有无稳定住所"、"最近1年看病的花费"以及"自评健康状况"对门诊HIV/AIDS患者抑郁发生的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),可认为它们是门诊HIV/AIDS患者抑郁发生的影响因素。结论门诊HIV/AIDS患者确实存在抑郁发生,且具有一定的发生率;影响门诊HIV/AIDS患者抑郁发生的因素有:有无稳定住所、最近1年看病的花费与自评健康状况;为了提高患者的生活质量,预防抑郁症的发生,应在HIV/AIDS患者就医过程中建立有效的关怀支持体系。

Objective To investigate the prevalence rate of depression and its influence factors in HIV-infected outpatients, to explore the risk and protective factors of depression, and to provide reference for effective interventions. Methods HIV/ AIDS outpatients from a general hospital in Changsha were randomly selected and investigated with general information questionnaire and self-rating depression scale（SDS）. Data were analyzed by using SPSS 17.0. Results Multi-factor analysis indicated the presence of stable residence, medical expense in recent 1 year and self-evaluation of health status were influence factors of HIV / AIDS, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients of HIV/AIDS outpatients have depression, and exsits a certain incidence incidence. With stable residence or not, medical expense in recent 1 year and self-rating health status are its influence factors. It is indispensible to establish an effective support system for HIV/AIDS outpatients to reduce the occurrence of depression.
