摘要
目的构建《老年护理学》本科教材内容框架,突出老年护理专业特色,适应老年护理专业需求。方法通过文献研究法、理论分析法及小组讨论,初步形成《老年护理学》本科教材内容框架咨询问卷。采用2轮德尔菲专家咨询法,26名专家论证了《老年护理学》本科教材内容框架。结果拟定《老年护理学》本科教材内容框架,包括上篇《老年护理学基础》和下篇《老年临床护理学》,共12章54节内容。结论《老年护理学》本科教材内容的构建,顺应了我国老年护理专业方向建立的趋势,对加速我国老年护理教育事业的改革,培养高素质的老年护理专业人才起到了良好的推动作用,符合老龄化社会的需求。
Objective To establish the textbook framework of Geriatric Nursing, and to promote the sound development of geriatric nursing education. Methods The basic framework of the textbook were drafted through literature review, theory study combining with the domestic demands of geriatric nursing and group discussion. With Delphi method, 26 experts were consulted to evaluate the items of the drafted for 2 rounds. Results The established textbook framework included Basic Geriatric Nursing and Clinical Geriatric Nursing with 12 sections and 54 chapters. Conclusion The established textbook meets the needs of geriatric nursing in China and it is beneficial to deepening the reform of geriatric nursing and promoting the cultivation of talents of geriatric nursing.
