双向协调加载连接装置结构优化设计

摘要 双向协调加载连接装置是地铁门系统综合检测台架上的重要构件,其强度与刚度十分关键。运用H yper M esh软件对装置模型进行了静力分析。根据分析结果进行尺寸和拓扑两级优化,第一级采用尺寸优化;第二级在第一级的基础上进行拓扑优化,并对优化后的模型与原模型进行了性能参数对比研究,结果表明:优化后结构不仅满足刚度和强度要求,而且使材料质量减少约49.9%,达到了结构优化设计的目的。 Biaxial coordinated loading connection device is an important component in the integrated test bench of Metro gate system, and its strength and stiffness are even more critical. The software Hyper Mesh is used to analyze the static force of the device model. According to the analysis results, two-stage optimization which includes size and topology optimization are carried out. The first stage is size optimization. Based on the first stage, the second stage is topology optimization. A comparative study of performance parameters between the optimized model and the original model is taken. Results show that the optimized structure not only can meet requirements of stiffness and strength, but also can reduce the material quality about 49.9%, and achieves the purpose of optimization design for the structure.
