摘要
针对目前功能梯度材料制造方法的单一和不足,文中提出一种新的聚合物功能梯度材料生产工艺——利用多材料3D打印工艺制造功能梯度材料零件。首先介绍了多材料3D打印的工作原理;其次,通过制作两个功能梯度零件:变密度材料和变刚度材料,验证了利用多材料3D打印技术制造聚合物功能梯度材料的可行性,对于后续研究具有重要的指导意义。
In view of the single and shortage of the present functional gradient materials manufacturing methods, this paper proposes a new method for the production of polymer functionally gradient materials: using the multi material 3D printing process to manufacture the functionally graded material parts. This paper firstly introduces the working principle of the multi material 3D printing; secondly, through the production of two functional gradient parts, namely the variable density function gradient materials and variable stiffness material, we verify the feasibility of using multi material 3D printing technology to produce polymer functional gradient materials, which has important guiding significance for further research.
