摘要
压接连接器由于连接强度高、接触电阻小、耐高低温性好、压接工艺易于实现自动化、环保性好等,被广泛应用于军用和民用电子产品中。文中从压接原理、压接质量影响因素、压接检测等方面探讨了一种压接连接器的压接工艺。
The crimp connector has been widely used in military and civilian electronic products which have high joint strength, low contact resistance, high and low temperature resistance, good crimping process automation, and good environmental protection property. This paper discusses crimping process of a kind of crimp connector based on the principle of crimping, the factors of crimp quality and the detection of crimp connector.
