摘要
目的采用实体直接测量法和CBCT测量对上颌扩弓骨性疗效评价指标测量准确性进行动物实验对比研究。方法6月龄比格犬8只,随机分为两组。第一组立即处死并进行CBCT扫描及实体直接测量。第二组采用可调一体式磁力扩弓矫治器进行上颌扩弓,扩弓前后均行CBCT扫描及实体直接测量。对测量值及差值分别进行了对比统计分析。结果扩弓前后,CBCT测量法、实体直接测量法在骨性测量指标准确性无显著差异,但前后对比差别有显著差异。在扩弓前后差值的比较中:骨性指标差值CBCT测量法中腭大孔后缘间距、切牙孔后缘间距、基骨弓宽度与种植钉间距均有显著差异。结论 CBCT测量法与实体直接测量法无显著差异。
Objective To evaluate the veracity of the bone indicators in animal maxillary expansion experiments by using direct autologous method and cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT) images. Methods Eight 6-month male beagles were used in this study. The beagles were divided into two groups for four each. The first group ones were killed instantly and taken CBCT images and measured in direct autologous method. And the second group ones had been taken maxillary expansion with new magnetic expansion appliance. Before and after the maxillary expansion,the beagles were taken CBCT images and measured in direct autologous method.The necessary digitals were quantified by differences calculated in two methods before and after arch expansion. Results Before and after maxillary expansion,no significant difference was found between CBCT method and direct autologous method for the veracity of the bone indicators in animal maxillary expansion experiments. But,the significant difference was found in all date before and after magnetic maxillary expansion. In CBCT method,the significant difference was found in the evaluation criteria of orthopedic expansion including palatal macroporous trailing edge trailing edge width,interanterior palatine foramen trailing edge,interimplant analog width and basal bone width. Conclusion The CBCT method was similar to direct autologous method.
