摘要 气缓冲性能的优劣对气缸的工作状态及使用寿命有着重要意义。而任一工作条件的改变都可能破坏已调节好的气缓冲,影响疲劳试验的顺利进行。因此,掌握各试验因素与缓冲性能之间的关系是十分必要的。考虑到疲劳试验的特殊性,在不破坏气缸结构的前提下设计试验,分别将负载质量、缓冲针阀开度、速度调节阀开度作为单因素变量,测试不同工况下的负载位移曲线,并通过分析位移和速度曲线,获得活塞在缓冲行程终点的反弹量和残余动能,分别用于表征活塞的反弹、撞击情况,阐明各因素对气缓冲效果的影响。 There is important significance of air cushion performance for the working state and service life of cylinders. While the change of any work condition may damage adjusted air cushion thus influence the smooth process of fatigue test. So it’s necessary to master the relationship between all test factors and air cushion performance. Considering the particularity of fatigue test, the experiment should be designed under a premise that the cylinder structure keeps undestroyed. Load quality, opening of cushion needle value and velocity regulation valve as the unit factor variable were set respectively, then the displacement curve of the load was tested under dif-ferent conditions, and by analyzing the displacement curve and velocity curve, the rebound amount and the residual kinetic energy at the end of the air cushion stroke were obtained to show the rebound strength and impact strength of the piston. The influence of various factors on the effect of the air cushion is elucidated.
