摘要
对某型装载机液压系统的工作原理进行分析,在此基础上建立装载机液压系统故障树,利用现代测试技术对装载机液压系统运行参数进行在线监测,利用PHP和MYSQL开发技术设计装载机人机交互故障诊断专家系统,通过设计无线网络接口,实现监测系统和专家系统信息的Socket传输,当装载机在使用过程中发生故障时,通过分析故障外在表现和在线监测参数,应用专家系统快速排除和解决故障。
The working principle of a loader hydraulic system was analyzed. On the basis of establishment of loader hydraulic system fault tree, modern testing techniques were used for loader hydraulic system operating parameters online monitoring, and PHP and MYSQL development technology were used to design loaders human-computer interaction fault diagnosis expert system. Through the design of wireless network interface, the Socket transmission of monitoring system and expert system information was realized. When a failure occurs in the course of the loader, through the fault analysis of external performance and monitoring parameters online, the application of expert system can eliminate and solve problems quickly.
