摘要
针对现有锯削加工方法存在不能连续锯削和加工效率低等问题,通过分析零件的特征提出一种连续锯削加工工艺,并且选择专用机床作为夹片锯削加工设备。制定了夹片连续锯削时的定位夹紧方案,确定了各项锯削参数。实践表明:该工艺过程安全平稳,零件的加工效率提高了37%,在同类型零件加工中具有一定的实践指导作用。
In view of the existing sawing machining method can? t continuous sawing and processing efficiency is low, a continu-ous sawing processing method was proposed by analyzing the components, and special machine tool was chosen as the clip sawing pro-cessing equipment. The positioning and clamping scheme was formulated, and the cutting parameters were determined. Practice shows that the process is safe and smooth, and the processing efficiency is increased by 37%. It has some practical guidance in similar parts machining.
