摘要
针对摇臂式清仓机液压系统进行研究,利用AMESim仿真软件分别搭建了液压系统截割回路、支撑回路和回转回路的仿真模型,并对其动态特性进行仿真及分析,得到各回路对应的压力、流量、转速随时间变化的曲线。仿真结果表明:该液压系统具有压力波动小、调速范围广、回转平稳的特点。
To study the hydraulic system of rocker arm type clearing machine, the models of cutting loop, support loop and rotary loop were built based on the simulation software AMESim, and the dynamic simulation of the system was carried out. At the same time, the pressure, flow and speed versus time curves corresponding to various circuits were obtained. The results show that the hydraulic sys-tem has characteristics of small pressure fluctuations, wide speed range and smooth rotation.
