变速恒频风力发电机组液压变桨距系统的设计与仿真 被引量:5

摘要 针对变速恒频风力发电机组的功率控制,提出基于电液比例阀的统一控制的液压变桨距系统的设计方案,对液压变桨距系统进行了方案设计、对主要液压元件进行了计算及选型。并通过Fluid SIM 5 Hydraulics软件平台对设计的变桨系统进行仿真。仿真结果验证了液压变桨距系统设计的正确性和可行性以及仿真模型的合理性。该液压变桨距系统能够满足变桨距风力机对节距角精确快速的控制要求,且为变速恒频风力发电机组变桨距液压系统的优化设计奠定了基础。 Aiming at the power control of VSCF wind turbine, the design scheme of the hydraulic variable pitch system based on electro hydraulic proportional valve was proposed, scheme design of hydraulic system, design calculation and selection of hydraulic components for hydraulic system were discussed in details, and the designed system was simulated by FluidSIM 5 Hydraulics software platform. The simulation results verify the correctness and feasibility of the design of the hydraulic variable pitch system, and the ra-tionality of the simulation model. The hydraulic variable pitch system can meet the variable pitch wind turbine pitch angle control for fast and accurate requirements. It lays foundation for optimization design of variable pitch hydraulic system of variable speed constant frequency wind turbine.
