摘要
为了评价工程机械液压油的氧化耐久性,运用A2F10柱塞泵试验台架,模拟工程机械高温、高压等工况条件,使液压油在台架中进行连续运行试验,定期取样,考察黏度、酸值、油泥、氧化安定性等性能变化,分析氧化变质趋势。对不同液压油的试验表明,A2F10柱塞泵台架可应用于液压油寿命的评定。
To evaluate oxidation stability of hydraulic fluids for construction machinery, using the A2F10 piston pump test bench,in simulated operating conditions of construction machinery, such as high temperature and high pressure or other conditions, the hydraulic fluid was circulated continuously in the test bench, sampled at regular time, and the situations of kinematical viscosity, acid number, sludge generating amount, oxidation stability and other items were detected to analyze the deterioration tendency. The test to different hydraulic fluids shows that the bench system can be used to estimate oil oxidation life.
