摘要
压湿式多盘制动器在汽车、机床、飞机以及工程机械、矿用机械等大型设备中均有着广泛的普及与应用。而压湿式制动器的动作主要由其相配套的液压系统进行控制,因此液压系统的选型与设计是否合理,将对压湿式制动器的工作性能造成直接的影响。以某矿用胶轮车压湿式制动器为例,从制动器液压系统的工作原理出发,着重就液压系统的设计与选型进行分析与探讨。
Press wet multiple disk brake is widely used in automobile, machine tools, plane, construction machinery, mining machinery and other large equipments. Press wet brake action is mainly controlled by matched hydraulic system, so whether the selec-tion and design of hydraulic system are reasonable has direct impact on job performance of press wet brake. Taking the press wet brake of a mined rubber-tired cart as an example, starting from the working principle of the brake hydraulic system, the design and type se-lection of the hydraulic system were analyzed and discussed.
