摘要
在机床自动加工系统中,以往多采用传统形式的液压自动夹紧系统,但它存在调速回路相对较为复杂、保压过程空耗大等缺陷。提出在液压自动夹紧系统中采用变频调速技术方案,并进行了原理和应用方法的分析及一般回路设计,分析和提出了保压过程电机转速的计算选择方法。实际应用显示:采用变频调速技术后液压自动夹紧系统回路相对简单,多种速度调节方便,在加工保压过程中的节能降耗、降噪和降温方面效果明显。
Traditional forms of hydraulic clamping system are applied in automatic machining systems of machine tool in the past, however its defects are obviously such as relatively complex speed control circuit , large loss of pressure keeping and so on. A frequen-cy control technology program was put forward for hydraulic clamping system. The principle, application method and the design of gen-eral speed control circuit were analyzed. The calculating and choosing method of the motor speed for the pressure keeping process was proposed. Practical application shows that the automatic clamping system with frequency control technology can simplify the circuit, make the speed control more convenience, and have positive effects on energy saving, noise reducing and cooling in the process of processing and holding pressure.
