摘要
针对喷射式射流管的结构参数设计问题,采用FLUENT软件对射流管扩散段的扩散角、整流段的长径比、收缩段的收缩曲线进行了建模仿真分析,从气体流动的均匀稳定性方面对各参数进行了调整设计。对于收缩段曲线,采用一种新的收缩曲线——正弦曲线作为该射流管的收缩曲线。制造并装配了该射流管,通过实验验证了结构设计的可行性,为以后的射流管设计提供了参考。
In order to solve the problem of the structure parameter in jet pip, FLUENT was used to simulate and analyze the diffu-sion angle in diffusion section, the ratio of length to diameter in rectification section, the contraction curve in contraction section. A new contraction curve, sine curve, was adopted in the design. The equipment was manufactured and assembled, the feasibility of the struc-ture design was verified by experiments, which provided reference for further design in jet pip.
