摘要
分析FS41M15数控铣床技术升级改造的可行性,阐述改造的实施过程。介绍设备改造前的状态及改造要求,重新设计电气控制系统和故障诊断报警系统,优化主轴控制方案。改造后机床的精度和性能到达用户的要求,产生较好的经济效益。机床的技术升级改造,不仅节省设备投资费用,而且能提高机床性能,是一种较理想的旧机床再次利用的方法。
The feasibility of the technological upgrading for FS41M15 numerical control milling machine was analyzed, then the implementation process of the transformation was expounded. The status and transformation requirements of the equipment were intro-duced ,and the electrical control system and fault diagnosis and alarm system were redesigned. The precision and performance of the re-formed machine tool can reach the user,s request, and good economic benefit is produced. The technological upgrading of old machine tool can not only save investment but also improve the performance of the machine tool.
