摘要
针对试验操作过程中出现的液压缸活塞杆在带动负载下落过程中的连续抖动故障,利用原理分析、元件替换法进行了详尽的解析,并对实施方案进行了试验验证,最终彻底排除了故障。
Continuous jitter of of the piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder occured when the piston rod is in the process of driving load,the reasons of continuous jitter was analyzed with the use of principle analysis, element substitution method, and the implemen-tation of the program was verified, and eventually ruled out fault.
