摘要
运载火箭在飞行过程中会用到几十乃至数百火工品,火工品点火时的瞬态电流会对临近设备/线缆造成影响。结合运载火箭地面点火试验流程,提出了点火电路上瞬态电流的测量方法。通过对两类火工品点火电路及邻近电缆上电流的多次测量,得到火工品点火时刻的瞬态干扰波形,将实测瞬态干扰波形注入仿真软件作为激励,发现两类火工品的瞬态干扰均在低频时产生辐射,在一定频率范围内辐射场强随着频率增大而减小,导爆索的最大辐射场强大于爆炸螺栓;分析了瞬态干扰在邻近线缆的串扰响应,发现随着负载电阻的增大串扰电流越来越小。
Launch Vehicle uses dozens of even hundreds of explosives during its work cycle, and the transient current caused by the ignition will have an impact on the adjacent cables/devices. Accord-ing to the fire test flow of the launch vehicle, a measurement method for the transient current of the ignition channel was proposed. Through multiple measurements of two types of explosive ignite chan-nels and the adjacent cables, the transient interference current waveform was obtained. Then the measured transient inference current waveform was used as the driving source in the simulation soft-ware. Radiation in low frequency was found in two types of E E D through simulation. The radiation field strength decreased with the increase of the frequency within a certain frequency range and the maximum radiation field of the detonating cord was larger than that of the explosive bolt. Then the crosstalk of two kinds of explosives was analyzed and it was found that the crosstalk current became smaller with the increase of the load resistor.
