摘要
以双烯醇酮醋酸酯为原料,制备沃氏氧化物的过程中会产生副产物。探讨副产物产生的原因以及影响因素,可为沃氏氧化物的制备和产品质量监控提供帮助。将副产物进行分离,通过核磁共振谱、质谱、元素分析确定出该副产物为一种新型的甾体化合物3-羟基-16-甲氧基-5-孕甾烯-20-酮。实验表明该副产物主要由双烯醇酮醋酸酯在环氧化水解反应中产生的,氧化剂的用量、反应温度均对该副产物的生成有较大影响;氧化剂越多,副产物越少,低温下反应能减少副产物的生成。
The by-product can generate in the process of 16α,17α-epoxyprogesterone production using 16-dehydropregnenolone acetate as starting material,the generated causes and the influencing factors of the by-product were discussed,this research provides a technology support for the 16α,17α-epoxyprogesterone production and its quality monitoring. A new steroid compounds of 3-hydroxy-16-methoxy-5-pregnen-20-one was separated and its structure had been characterized by NMR,MS and elemental analyses. The by-product generated in epoxidation and hydrolysis reaction of 16-dehydropregnenolone acetate,the effects of the reaction temperature and oxidant dosage were discussed,the more oxidant dosage and the low reaction temperature can reduce the by-product.
