摘要
采用实验室制脂釜制备出冰乙酸与硬脂酸组分钛基脂,考察了冰乙酸与硬脂酸组分钛基脂的物理和摩擦学性能,阐述了钛基脂皂分子的形成机制。利用红外光谱表征了钛基脂皂分子结构,利用滴点仪和锥入度仪测试了钛基脂的物理性能,并用四球试验机评价了钛基脂的摩擦学性能。结果表明,冰乙酸与硬脂酸组分钛基脂的合成生成了—COOTi—和Ti—O键,形成了碱式双酸钛皂。制备的冰乙酸硬脂酸组分钛基脂属于1号脂,滴点达到255℃,并具有优良的摩擦学性能。
Titanium complex grease for acetic acid and stearic acid's ingredient was prepared with experimental kettle. Physical and tribological performance of titanium complex grease for acetic acid and stearic acid's ingredient were investigated,and forming mechanism of titanium complex grease was analyzed. Soap molecular structures of titanium complex grease were characterized using infrared spectrum. Physical and tribological performance of titanium complex grease was evaluated using penetration instruments,dropping point instruments,and four-ball tester respectively. The results show that synthetic titanium complex grease for acetic acid and stearic acid 's ingredient generated —COOTi— and Ti—O of chemical bonds,and formed alkali type titanium complex soap containing two kinds acid. Penetration of prepared titanium complex grease for acetic acid and stearic acid's ingredient belongs No. 1( NLGI),and dropping point of titanium complex grease is 255 ℃,and it has excellent tribological performance.
