摘要
建立了硝酸、盐酸和过氧化氢消解体系,对土壤样品进行微波消解处理,用原子荧光法测定土壤中硒含量的方法。方法线性关系良好,检出限低,加标回收率93.8%~103.1%,标准样品平行测定7次的相对标准偏差<7%,适用于土壤样品中硒含量的测定。
Microwave digestion with nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and hydrogen peroxide were established to de-termine the content of selenium in soil. The method demonstrated good linear relationship and low detection limit with the standard recovery rate between 93. 8 % and 103. 1 % . The relative standard deviation was less than 7 % in sevem times of parallel determination.
