城乡一体化要求下的上海美丽乡村建设研究

Study on the Construction of Beautiful Countryside in Shanghai under the Requirements of Urban and Rural Integration

根据国家和上海市委、市政府对城乡一体化和新型城镇化发展的要求、举措和政策,总结上海新农村建设实践,以上海农村地区经济社会发展中存在的主要问题为导向,上海美丽乡村建设应当包括:完善和制定农村地区各类发展规划、推进农村地区基本公共服务均等化、改善农村村民的住房条件、推进农村经济可持续发展、加强农村社会治理等内容。

According to the national and Shanghai municipal government on the integration of urban and rural urbanization and new requirements,measures and policies,summed up the Shanghai new rural construction practice,main problems in Shanghai＇s economic and social development in rural areas as a guide,Shanghai beautiful countryside construction should include：improve and develop the rural areas to promote all kinds of development planning in rural areas,the equalization of basic public services,improve the rural villagers housing conditions,promote the sustainable development of the rural economy,strengthen the rural social governance etc..
