补肾活血法对单纯收缩期高血压大鼠血压及骨桥蛋白表达的影响

The Influence of Kidney-tonifying and Blood-activating Therapy on Blood Pressure and Osteopontin in Rats with Isolated Systolic Hypertension(ISH)

目的探讨补肾活血法对单纯收缩期高血压(ISH)模型大鼠血压及骨桥蛋白(OPN)表达的影响。方法采用WVK法复制ISH大鼠模型,分为补肾活血汤组、氨氯地平组、中西药联用组、空白对照组、模型对照组,予以相应的药物干预,8周后检测各组大鼠血压、主动脉中膜厚度及OPN表达。结果补肾活血法能够降低大鼠收缩压、缩小大鼠主动脉中膜厚度,减低OPN蛋白的表达,与模型对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),中西药联用组效果更明显。结论补肾活血法能够通过降低血压,减低OPN蛋白的表达,从而改善动脉中膜厚度,减少血管重塑。

Objective To observe the influence of kidney-tonifying and blood-activating therapy on blood pressure and osteopontin（OPN）in rats with isolated systolic hypertension（ISH）.Methods ISH rat model was established by WVK method and divided into Bushen Huoxue decoction（BHD）group,amlodipine group,BHD plus amlodipine combination group（two drugs combination group）,and blank control group,model control group.After 8 weeks,blood pressure,aortic medial thickness and OPN protein expression were detected.Results The systolic blood pressure,aortic medial thickness and OPN protein expression reduced in BHD group and combination group compared with model control group（P〈0.05）,which was lower in combination group than that in BHD group.Conclusion Kidney-tonifying and blood-activating therapy can reduce vascular remodeling by lowering blood pressure and down-regulating the protein expression of OPN,thereby improve the aortic medial thickness.
