microRNA在早期诊断急性心肌梗死中的研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 microRNA在调节细胞和生物体生命活动中发挥着重要作用,在心血管疾病中亦有显著的表达变化,在心肌梗死诊断中,已成为极具潜力的标志物。本文就microRNA与心肌梗死所致心肌缺血再灌注损伤、心室重构、心肌纤维化。
