摘要
针对对称间隙单自由度振动系统,为了解决仿真速度慢、实验设计难度大的问题,设计了一种在数学模型上完全等效的电子电路,该电路仅使用了运放、电阻和电容等简单的电子器件。通过Multi Sim12.0软件进行仿真,结果和数值计算完全吻合。在仿真的基础上,通过对非线性模块的设计,搭建了硬件PCB电路,应用信号发生器和示波器进行了实验,进一步验证了应用等效电子电路进行非线性振动实验的合理性和正确性,并且具有数值仿真无可比拟的高速运算和动态参数调整的优良特性,为非线性系统的仿真和实验提供了一种参考。
Based on a single-DOF vibration system with symmetric gap, in order to solve problems of slow simulation speed, and difficult to design tests, an electronic circuit with a full equivalent mathematical model was designed. The circuit consisted of simple electronic components, such as, operational amplifier's, resistances and capacitances. With the software Multi Sim12. 0,the simulation was done and the simulation results agreed well with those of numerical calculation. On the basis of simulation and designing nonlinear modules,the circuit board of PCB was made.Tests were conducted with devices of signal generator and oscillograph. The rationality and correctness of nonlinear vibration tests were further verified with the equivalent electronic circuit. It was shown that the circuit has excellent characteristics in high speed computing and dynamic parameter adjustment, they are incomparably beyond the characteristics of numerical simulation. The results provided a reference for simulation and tests of nonlinear systems.
