摘要
介绍了一种星载固态放大器用移相全桥脉冲电源原理和设计方法,重点叙述功率电路设计、开关管的选择和反馈环路设计要求,并给出关键技术指标测试结果。结果表明,该脉冲电源可以保证固体放大器供电的可靠性,满足卫星空间应用需求。
The principle and design of a pulse power supply for a space SSPA was introduced, design of power circuitand selection of power MOSFET and design of feedback circuit was depicted emphatically.The electrical characteristics andtest results of the pulse power supply were presented.The results show that the pulse power supply can guarantee the reliabil-ity supply of the space SSPA, and meet a demand of satellite.
