摘要
目的分析非糖尿病与糖尿病主动脉夹层(AD)病人发生自主神经病变(AN)的几率,探讨自主神经活性改变及糖尿病自主神经病变(DAN)在AD发病的作用。方法随访我院2013年1月—2015年12月收治主动脉夹层病人,分析AN发生率。抽取正常人、AD病人及糖尿病AD病人主动脉标本,进行酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)和胆碱乙酰转移酶(Ch AT)免疫组织化学染色。结果糖尿病AD病人出现多汗或少汗几率高于非糖尿病AD病人(P=0.05)。AD病人主动脉壁中TH和Ch AT表达明显升高(P<0.001),糖尿病AD病人改变不明显。结论主动脉夹层的发生伴随着自主神经活性的改变。
Objective To determine the prevalence of autonomic neuropathy( AN) in patients with non-diabetic and diabetic aortic dissection( AD),and investigate the role and mechanism of diabetic autonomic neuropathy( DAN) in AD formation. Methods AD patients were revisited from January 2013 to December 2015,and indentify the symptoms of AN. The aorta of healthy individuals,AD and diabetic AD patients were harvested.The expressions of tyrosine hydroxylase( TH) and choline acetyltransferase( Ch AT) were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results Diabetic AD patients had a higher incidence of hidrosis or hyphidrosis( P = 0.05).Expressions of TH and Ch AT were significantly increased in AD patients( P〈 0.001). Conclusion AD formation is associated with the activity alteration of automic nervous system.
