下颌阻生智齿不同拔除方法的临床分析

Mandibular Impacted Wisdom Teeth out Different Methods of Clinical Analysis

目的对比涡轮机磨除法、锤凿法拔除下颌阻生智齿疗效。方法整群选取该院2015年5—10月门诊收治的下颌阻生智齿126例患者,75例下颌阻生齿采用涡轮机磨除法拔除,纳入磨除组,51例采用锤凿法拔除纳入凿除组,对比并发症发生情况、手术情况。结果凿除组手术时间(36.5±1.5)min、并发症合计发生率51.0%高于磨除组,差异有统计学意意义(P<0.05);磨除组术后肿胀与张口受限严重程度分布为0度20例、22例;Ⅰ度10例、14例;Ⅱ度17例、18例;Ⅲ度26例、19例子且术后3 d内VAS疼痛评分(5.8±1.4)分与凿除组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论涡轮钻拔除下颌阻生智齿时间短、术中并发症发生率更低。

Objective To compare the turbine mill division method of hammer and chisel remoal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth. Methods Group selection mandibular in our department in May 2015 to October 2015 from third molar in126 patients, 75 cases of mandibular impacted teeth by turbine grinding method extraction, grind into the group, 51 cases were extracted into using hammer and chisel chisel group, comparison of complications, surgery. Results Chiseling operation time（36.5±1.5） min, the total incidence rate of complications was 51.0% higher than that of grinding group and there was significant difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; removing postoperative swelling and trismus severity distribution is 0 degrees in 20 cases, 22 cases; grade I in 10 cases, 14 cases of second degree; in 17 cases, 18 cases; 26 cases, 19 cases of grade III and 3 days postoperative VAS pain score（5.8±1.4）points and chiseling group comparison, no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Turbine drill remoal of mandibular impacted wisdom teeth short time, less incidence of intraoperative complications.
