摘要
目的研究多廿烷醇和阿托伐他汀联用在心血管疾病患者调脂治疗方面的疗程效果。方法方便选取该院2015年1月—2016年1月收治的58例心血管疾病患者,将其随机分为实验组与对照组,对照组采用阿托伐他汀进行治疗,实验组加用多廿烷醇进行调脂治疗,对比两组患者治疗后的调脂治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效28例,有效率96.55%,不良反应发生率6.90%,对照组治疗有效25例,有效率为86.21%,不良反应发生率24.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管疾病患者的主要发病原因为血脂异常,因此降低血脂的临床治疗意义重大,对患者采用多廿烷醇和阿托伐他汀联用联合用药调脂效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To study the effects of policosanol and atorvastatin in the treatment of cardiovascular disease in patients with lipid-lowering treatment effect. Methods Convenient selection our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were 58 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,control group with atorvastatin treatment, experimental group and lipid lowering therapy with policosanol, lipid-lowering treatment effects were compared between the two groups after treatment. Results The experimental group treatment effective in 28 cases, efficiency of 96.55%, the adverse reaction rate was 6.90%, control group 25 cases were effective, effective rate was 86.21%, the adverse reaction rate was 24.14%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The main causes of cardiovascular disease in patients with dyslipidemia, thus reducing the clinical significance of blood lipid is significant, for patients with policosanol and atorvastatin combination lipid-lowering effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
