中医护理路径对肛肠手术患者临床效果及舒适度的影响

To Study the Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Path on the Clinical Effect and Comfort of Anorectal Operation

目的探究中医护理路径对肛肠手术患者临床效果及舒适度的影响。方法方便选取该院2013年12月—2016年3月收治的104例肛肠手术患者临床资料进行分析,将其按护理方法不同分为对照组(52例)与研究组(52例),对照组予以基础护理,研究组予以中医护理路径方案护理,比较两组心理状态及疼痛评分、排便困难积分与并发症情况。结果研究组护理后患者SAS、SDS、VAS评分分别为(37.17±3.33)分、(41.41±3.18)分、(3.63±0.91)分与对照组(42.03±3.32)分、(45.79±3.22)分、(4.92±1.04)分相比显著低(P<0.05),两组护理前排便困难积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后研究组大便干结(0.82±0.13)分、紧迫感(0.95±0.33)分、排便不尽(0.68±0.08)分与对照组(1.85±0.22)分、(1.53±0.22)分、(1.36±0.17)分相比显著低(P<0.05),研究组并发症总发生率7.69%高于对照组23.07%(P<0.05)。结论肛肠手术患者采取中医护理路径进行护理可有效提高患者心理状态,缓解疼痛感,降低并发症发生率,具临床推广与应用价值。

Objective To explore the influence of traditional Chinese medicine nursing path on the clinical effect and comfort of anorectal operation. Methods Convenient selection from December 2013 to March 2016 in our hospital, 104 cases of anorectal operation were analyzed. The patients were divided into control group（52 cases） and study group（52 cases） which according to the nursing method. The control group given basicnursing care, and the study group given Chinese nursing care path program,then compared the scores of psychological status, pain scores, difficulty in defecation between the two groups.Results The SAS, SDS and VAS scores of the study group were（37.17±3.33）points,（41.41±3.18）points,（3.63±0.91）points respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group（42.03±3.32）points,（45.79±3.22）points and（4.92±1.04） points, respectively（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the score of dysuria before nursing（P〉0.05）. There was no significant difference with the stool dryness（0.82±0.13）points,the sense of urgency（0.95±0.33）points, the stagnation of bowel movement（0.68±0.08）points in study group were significantly lower than those of the control group（1.85 ±0.22）points,（1.53 ±0.22）points and（1.36 ±0.17）points respectively（P 〈0.05）.The overall incidence of complications in the study group（7.69%）was higher than that in the control group（23.07%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The patients given the nursing path of traditional Chinese medicinewith anorectal surgery could improve the psychological state, alleviate the pain and reduce the incidence of complications,whichworth of clinical application and popularization.
