综合护理干预在老年COPD稳定期患者中的应用效果评价

目的探讨综合性护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者中应用效果。方法整群选取2014年2月—2015年11月该院呼吸内科收治的138例老年COPD稳定期患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=69)和观察组(n=69),对照组给予呼吸内科常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予综合护理干预,护理干预2周后对照分析两组患者的肺功能、生活质量及运动耐力。结果护理干预2周后,观察组患者FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF、CAT评分及6MWT为(2.58±0.72)L、(1.46±0.28)L、(58.39±7.41)%、(4.81±0.74)L/s、24.52±4.26)分和(271.84±62.41)分,均优于对照组的(1.83±0.41)L、(1.21±0.18)L、(50.84±4.15)%、(3.38±0.46)L/s、(31.04±5.31)分和(224.36±49.74)分(P<0.05)。结论综合性护理干预能显著改善老年COPD稳定期患者的肺功能、生活质量及运动耐力。

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing intervention in the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） stability in application effect.Methods Group selection In February 2014-November 2015 department of respiratory medicine of treated 138 cases of elderly patients with COPD stabilization using the random number table method is divided into control group（n=69） and observation group（n=69）, the control group given respiratory medicine routine nursing care, observation group on the basis of conventional nursing gives comprehensive nursing intervention, contrast analysis of two groups of patients after nursing intervention 2 w lung function and quality of life and movement endurance. Results FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF,the CAT score and 6 MWT of the observation group after nursing intervention 2 w were（2.58±0.72）L、（1.46±0.28）L、（58.39±7.41）%、（4.81±0.74）L/s、（24.52±4.26）points and（271.84±62.41）points,those were better than（1.83±0.41）L、（1.21±0.18）L、（50.84±4.15）%、（3.38±0.46）L/s、（31.04±5.31）points and（224.36±49.74）points of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly improve lung function in patients with senile COPD stabilization, the quality of life and exercise endurance.
