探索在围术期对施行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的前列腺癌患者进行系统护理干预的临床效果

To Explore the Clinical Effect of Systematic Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Patients with Prostate Cancer Undergoing Laparoscopic Radical Prostatectomy

目的探讨在围术期对施行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的前列腺癌患者进行系统护理干预的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年10月—2016年10月在该院外科治疗的50例前列腺癌行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术治疗的患者,随机分为两组,对照组采用围术期常规护理,观察组采用围术期系统护理干预,比较两组患者的并发症发生率、心理状态、生存质量及生活质量。结果观察组术后膀胱痉挛、尿失禁、继发出血、吻合口狭窄等并发症发生率8.89%明显低于对照组15.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后SAS、SDS评分分别为(43.29±8.57)分、(42.43±9.67)分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后KPS评分及QOL总分分别为(76.56±7.23)分、(50.35±4.63)分均与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在围术期对施行腹腔镜下前列腺癌根治术的前列腺癌患者进行系统护理干预效果显著,有利于改善患者心理状态,减少并发症,提高术后生存质量。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of systematic nursing intervention on laparoscopic radical resection of prostate cancer in the perioperative period of patients with prostate cancer. Methods Convenient selection the October2015-2016 year in October in our hospital for surgical treatment of 50 cases of patients were randomly divided into the treatment of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer into two groups, the control group using routine perioperative nursing, the observation group with perioperative nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with complications, quality of life and psychological quality state of survival. Results Bladder spasm, incontinence, bleeding, anastomotic stenosis and other complications occurred in 8.89% patients in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group 15.56%, the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）; observation group intervention SAS, SDS scores were（43.29 ± 8.57）points,（42.43 ± 9.67）points was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; observation group intervention KPS score and QOL score were（76.56 ± 7.23）points,（50.35± 4.63）points were statistically significant compared with control group（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic radical surgery for prostate cancer in the perioperative period of patients with prostate cancer the effect of systematic nursing intervention can significantly improve the psychological state, is beneficial to patients, reduce complications and improve the quality of life after surgery.
