摘要
介绍了新疆油田呼图壁储气库工程中,引进英国PIH技术,首次采用液体聚氨酯喷涂技术对储气库D1219输气管道工程进行防腐补口的施工工艺、实际应用过程中的不足之处及问题分析。指出这种新型的自动化防腐喷涂补口技术如果科学、正确的使用,对于提高管线的建设效率和质量意义重大;管道的防腐补口从手工作业走向机械化施工的阶段,具有显著的经济、社会效益以及推广使用价值。
