适合中高温油藏的低浓度合成聚合物压裂液性能研究

摘要 为了实现油气井增产的目的,常采取的主要手段是水力压裂技术,而水力压裂技术过程的主要要工作液就是压裂液,所起到的作用主要是传递压裂、在地层形成裂缝以及将支撑剂带入裂缝的作用,压裂液的使用影响着压裂是否能够成功。现在石油行业研究的热点转向无残渣、破胶彻底的合成聚合物压裂液体系上来。文章从低浓度聚物压裂液的主要性能出发,结合国外低浓度压裂液技术进展,对降低HPG粉剂用量方式做了有关研究。 In order to achieve the goal of increasing the yield of oil and gas wells, the main means often take the hydraulic fracturing technology, and the process of hydraulic fracturing technology is mainly to working fluid fracturing fluid, the role is mainly to transfer fracturing,proppant into cracks and cracks formed in the formation,fracturing fluid can affect fracturing success . Now the oil industry has turned to the hot spot of research,no residue,broken gel synthetic polymer fracturing fluid system. In this paper,based on the main performance of low concentration polymer fracturing fluid and the development of the technology of low concentration fracturing fluid in foreign countries,this paper makes a research on how to reduce the dosage of HPG powder.
