一种早强型聚羧酸减水剂的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用氧化还原引发体系,以异戊烯醇聚氧乙烯基醚、丙烯酸和自制有机胺小分子单体为主要原料进行常温共聚,合成了一种早强型聚羧酸减水剂。通过水化温升、凝结时间、胶砂强度及混凝土测试,对其早强性能进行了研究。结果表明:该减水剂使水泥浆体最大水化放热峰值比普通聚羧酸母液提前2.5 h,混凝土终凝时间缩短4 h,混凝土12、24 h强度分别达到设计强度的6%、52%。
