本文通过阐述住宅产业化的概念,总结住宅产业化的特点,对我国住宅产业化发展情况进行概述,结合发达国家或地区的发展经验,介绍几种产业化住宅设计中常见的建筑类型。对产业化住宅建筑设计的关键技术问题进行研究,总结出产业化住宅建筑设计的原则。

In this paper, the concept of housing industrialization is summarized, the characteristics of housing industrialization are summarized, and the development of housing industrialization in China is summarized. Based on the experience of developed countries or regions, the common types of buildings in industrial-ized residential design are introduced. The key technical prob-lems in the design of industrial residential buildings are studied, and the principles of industrialized residential building design are summarized.
