冷库建筑结构的抗裂设计与施工技术措施研究

Research on anti-crack design and construction technology of cold store building structure

以吉林省延吉市某冷库建设项目为例,针对建筑外墙开裂和地基土壤冻胀开裂等质量通病,提出了自承重外墙、锚系梁以及架空层的设计方案,阐述了在冷库锚系梁施工中的质量控制点以及加强技术措施,经分项工程验收表明,锚系梁的质量通病得到了有效控制。

Taking the cold store construction project of Yanji city, Jilin province as an example, this dissertation puts forward the design scheme of self-bearing external wall, anchor beam and stilt floor for the common quality problems such as cracking of building external wall and frost heave cracking of foundation soil. At the same time, construction quality control key points and strengthen quality of technical measures. The ac-ceptance of the subentry engineering shows that the common quality of the anchor beam is effectively controlled.
