The paper introduces the forecasting production techniques for CRTS Ⅲ railway plates, and illustrates the pavement measures of the rail plates from the bed plate construction, separation layer, elastic cushion device, accurate adjustment of rail plates, and self-compaction concrete construction, so as to enhance the construction and development of passenger special line.
