介绍了阳泉北至大寨铁路EPC项目的工程概况,分析了阳大铁路EPC管理的难点,从干系人识别、阳大公司、铁三院集团公司、监理单位、施工单位等方面,阐述了阳大铁路干系人的管理内容与策略,有利于保证铁路EPC项目的有序实施。
The paper introduces the engineering survey of EPC program along Yangquanbei-Dazhai Railway, analyzes the difficulties of the EPC management along Yangquanbei-Dazhai Railway, and illustrates the management content and strategies of the stakeholders along the railways from the stakeholder recognition, Yangquan-Dazhai Company, Railway N o. 3 Institute Group, Inspection party, and construction parties, so as to en-sure the implementation of EPC program of railways.
