摘要
结合滨州市水利工程的实际情况,建立了应用型人才基本素养评价系统体系,并采用模糊层次综合评价法计算了评价的权重集,结果表明:模糊综合评价方法可在学生素养评价中广泛应用。
Combining with actual conditions of Binzhou hydrology engineering , the paper establishes basic quality evaluation system of applica -tion-oriented talents , calculates the evaluation weight set by applying fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method . Results show that: fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can be widely applied in evaluating students' quality .
