摘要
传统的气动量仪把轴径和孔径测量分开,很难保证轴孔配合轴线重合度和配合公差。提出一种新型机械结构形式,实现轴孔同测并保证配合公差。针对实际被测件和测量头都是柱面结构,理论分析了双柱面结构和平面挡板机构气动测量的等效关系。借助ANSYS/FLUENT模块模拟气体流动特性,实验验证新测量系统的准确性和稳定性。
Traditional pneumatic measuring instruments separate the measurement of shaft diameter and aperture, it is difficult to ensure fit tolerance and coincide degree between bore axis and shaft axis. This paper proposes a mechanical mechanism to measure shaft diameter and aperture together. Measuring head and parts have cylindrical structures, we analyze the equivalent relationship between the double cylindrical structure and nozzle-flappers on flats. ANSYS/Fluent is used to simulate gas flow characteristics. Experiment verifies the accuracy and stability of the new measurement system.
