摘要
基于课题需求设计了一种用于实训教学的摇篮结构五轴机床,为验证机床模型间的运动关系是否正确合理,文中采用VERICUT软件构建了摇篮结构五轴数控机床仿真环境,并在此基础上进行了小叶轮模型仿真加工,从而验证了模型机构的合理性,为下一步实际制作五轴机床提供了理论支持,同时也为其它结构机床的模拟仿真提供了一定经验。
According to a project requirement, a cradle-structured 5-Axis machine tool is designed. For verify the kinematic relationships rationality among components, a digital kinematics model is developed using. Impeller machining simulation is used to test correctness of the kinematics model. The results provide reference for 5-Axis machine tool development and other machine tools simulations.
