摘要
运用Fluent软件的多重参考系(MRF)及标准κ-ε湍流模型,针对双层平槽底结构和锥槽底结构,研究了不同槽底的双层搅拌器的流动特性,得出流场分布情况、转矩和搅拌功率,结果表明平槽底结构优于锥槽底结构。
Multiple reference frame(MRF) of Fluent and κ-ε turbulence model are used to study the flow characteristics of double-layer agitator tank with different tank bottom, namely flat-bottomed double-layer agitator tank and cone-bottomed double-layer agitator tank. The study conclusions are flow field distribution, torque and power. Results demonstrate that tank of flat-bottomed is better than tank of cone-bottomed.
