摘要
介绍了汽车仪表板横梁(CCB)动刚度的基本概念与理论。采用锤击法进行瞬态冲击激励,测量结构的振动响应,得到加速度频响函数曲线。通过后处理确定其动刚度,并分析出动刚度不足的频率范围。通过测试分析得到方向盘与转向柱组件和CCB管梁的约束模态参数,对模态结果和动刚度曲线进行分析,验证了转向系统的性能合理性。
The basic concepts and theories of dynamic stiffness of Cross Car Beam(CCB) are introduced. The transient shock excitation is produced by hammering method. The vibration response of CCB is measured and gained the curve of FRF of acceleration(IPI).CCB's dynamic stiffness are ascertained after post-processed to determine the frequency range where dynamic stiffness is not high enough. The component parameters of steering wheel and steering column are got through the constrained modal test analysis. Modal result and dynamic stiffness curve are analyzed to verify performance about rationality of steering system.
