摘要
为了实现高效快速的舱体拓扑优化设计,文中根据舱体站位得到的载荷条件,阐述了确定其等效载荷和作用点的计算方法,以及拓扑优化理论,利用Hypermesh软件,结合舱体拓扑优化算例,详细介绍了基于等效载荷法舱体拓扑优化设计的实现过程,该方法可对航天航空飞行器的结构轻质化设计提供借鉴。
In order to realize a rapid and efficient topology optimization of spacecraft cabin, this paper presents a calculation method of the action point to determine the equivalent load according to the loading conditions of cabin load position. The implementation process for a spacecraft cabin topology optimization based on the equivalent load method is introduced based on topology optimization theory and Hypermesh software. This method can provide a reference method for the structural lightweight design of aerospace vehicle.
